Operation Daniel
“…the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” (Daniel 11:32)
The Operation Daniel movement is designed towards empowering youth to KNOW God, EXPERIENCE God, and JOIN God, starting through prayer. Prayer becomes a means of discipleship to bring about evangelism and leadership development, and together we seek God to be the One who empowers each life in a real and powerful way to bear fruit that remains.
Daniel’s prayer life was the beginning to living out the purpose and calling that God had planned for him. God wants to use you too, but first He wants to know you!
Discipling Daniels
Daniel was DIFFERENT!
- He was very young
- He was fueled by God through prayer
- Daniel went against the grain of his culture
Daniel made a DECISION!
- He decided to trust God more than man
- He decided to be “set apart” for God
- Everything Daniel did, he did “with God”
Daniel made a DECLARATION!
- With his prayer life!
- With his obedience!
- Because he never compromised!
Daniel made a DIFFERENCE!
- He made a difference in his friends’ lives
- He made a difference in his community
Daniel made a lasting difference in all history because he went against the grain, with God, without compromise, starting with his connection to God through prayer.
If we will connect to God and know Him in prayer like Daniel did, He will empower us, even as youth, to carry out great exploits in and for His name! But it all starts with knowing Jesus as our First Love!
